As a user, I want to be able to log out at any time

AC 1 - "Obvious and easy locating process of the logout button from any page (bottom of a top right dropdown) AC 2 - "When the user is logged out it should be clear, returning them to the landing page AC 3 - "Boolean pass or fail if this function actually works or not"
