Add undo functionality to TcBlackExtension #54

After formatting a text with the TcBlackExtension, there is no way to undo it. you can't undo it with Ctrl + Z. Not sure how to implement this yet.

UndoContext doesn't work.

Is possible using CODESYS API, but I do not have access to the documentation.
