One can build a Ford while standing on one.

Another question: should Undead be able to both destroy a ford as well as plant swamp on one?

This is because the filter for Ww* includes fords. I see no reason why the Undead shouldn't be able to do both unless you think that would make for more interesting gameplay or balance.
