One balance problem I can think of is that this gives Woodsmen bonus gold for staying on their favored terrain, unlike farmers, which are only on a 40% defense terrain and much easier to pick off. I realize that hunting is very similar to mining, and right now it is as valuable at lvl 1 as a base level mine, while only needing to level one woodsman, which only costs 10g. I am not sure if this is a balanced option, right now, but it might be that in adding other options for other factions this could turn out not to be a problem
Looks good to be merged when changing the two things above. Maybe run wmlindent, indention was out of the pattern somewhere.
