Symmetry Segmentation refactoring

This PR refactors Symmetry Objects Segmentation Pipeline. It does the following works:

• Make Symmetry pipeline to be compatible with RoboSherlock by simplifying input, output dependency
• Combine all component processes (OverSegmenter, Symmetry detection, etc) into unique SymmetrySegmentationAnnotator
• Clarify parameters naming
• Separate robosherlock libraries and symmetry segmentation libraries

@anindex looks good, would you mind doing one more thing though. Coudl you move symmetrysegmentation under segmentation pls? As subproject there instead of the top level;
