Compilation error: collect2.exe: fatal error: cannot find 'ld' #469

Whenever I build ANY sketch with Sublime Text 3, I get the following error in the output window:

collect2.exe: fatal error: cannot find 'ld' compilation terminated. [Build] Error occurred.

I started getting this error when I was creating my own library. It now happens every time I try to build with Stino. Arduino IDE compiles with no errors, so I'm inclined to think that this is Stino's fault. The message appears right after the "[100.0%] Creating binary files..." output. Here's a screenshot of my full panel:

I've already tried many "solutions" (replacing my ld.exe file with Arduino 1.0.x ld.exe, installing several versions of the IDE) but I have yet to find the one that works for me.
