Fix pattern preset to be loaded using env variable

I wanted to make it more consistent in naming when setting RGL_PRESET_DIR. For me, it is more intuitive. You are choosing pattern type pattern_preset and you have to set RGL_PRESET_DIR to lidar_presets.
