No, it just happens on the Desktop app

Describe the bug

The download dialogue is opening twice while clicking the download icon.

How to Reproduce

upload a file
click the download button
the save to dialogue is opened twice (visible while make the save as dialogue smaller)

Describe your Expected behavior

The save to dialogue should open only once

Same issue here on Fedora 40.
