calculating protein stability? #1

Am I right in thinking the code in this repo can be used for calculating protein stability? I have tested Facebook's ESM log-likelihood calculation for protein stability calculations, but I am looking for alternatives that better correlate the experimental results (e.g. HPLC SEC).
