Changed the way the --stealth argument delays the next pixel. Add some random delays so it's sometimes instant-ish, sometimes delayed by a few seconds, sometimes delayed by about 1-2 minutes, and sometimes but rarely delayed by 4+ minutes.
Also moves the old stealth delay out of the if self.stealth: code block, so we always add about a second of "Human reaction" time.
