NodeJS service that will use MUD to listen for events on chain then relay them to RabbitMQ.

[x] Upgrade to latest MUD
[x] Create new NodeJS service
[x] integrate MUD libs for events triggered by on-chain actions
[x] Integrate AMQT lib to talk to RabbitMQ
[x] Notify RabbitMQ when event triggers
[x] Game Server should also registered with RabbitMQ and be notified of event.
