Pertaining to the ticket information on the ticket zoom page of the customer interface (customerticketzoom): Is it possible to adjust the length of the tile to fit its content? Having to scroll isn’t ideal.

side effect of the intended interface functionality. the article list and ticket info tiles each get half of the screens height and should both always be visible when scrolling through the ticket list on the right
