[Bug] Notifiaction Spam / [Feature Request] Ignore certain item ids #28

There's a problem with the mod "Pure Amethyst Tools": When you equip the full armor set that randomly grants the healing effect, the pickup notification won't stop spamming that I "just picked up" the chest plate. We also use the mods "Trinktes" and "Elytra Slot", so maybe this combination is causing issues too.

I've read on another PR that you, understandably, don't want to add references to other mods. So how about adding a config option to ignore certain items by their id? This way we can just completely ignore some problematic items, allowing fixes without the need to update the mod too often.

👍 to this - in my case, it's the Applied Energistics 2 "Wireless Crafting Terminal", which shows up constantly and repeatedly ... for as long as you have it open. )=
