Support for CAP #1477

Have you considered the addition of support for CAP - the Common Alerting Protocol? (www.oasis- open.org/committees/download.php/ 3295/emergency- CAP-1.0.pdf )

EX. http://weather.gov/alerts/

This protocol is being adopted by 911, State, and Federal Agencies as the standard for alert distribution. While the audience for this feature is limited at this time, it will grow rapidly over the course of 04'.

We do not plan to support this format.
