Just make it reloads on changing game language please. It's so annoying having to restart the game just for this.

There is no LanguageChangeEvent but always a ClientTickEvent

Well it kinda sounds crazy but try to insert some code here: https://github.com/RubilaxXxx/ArsMagica2-5/blob/cd7ea304e8f89c54568c27ed3549cead9d3888e2/src/main/java/am2/items/AMSpawnEgg.java#L80-L86 Looks like Minecraft triggers that method even on every language change
