This issue was resolved in the Relax NG schemas of Deliberation RuleML 1.0, and propagated to the XSD schemas in version 1.01 when the XSDs became auto-generated.

However, this functionality was not explicitly tested in versions 1.0 or 1.01. The unit test /test/slot-test-suite/compound-key.ruleml is added in version 1.02.
