Fix sample rate and clipping issues in sine example #17

It seems the FLAC file is still inaudible, and the vorbis and WAV files seem to play at slightly different amplitudes but these can be fixed in a future PR. This might be something to do with the way different numbers of channels are handled in the example atm, should investigate.
