This builds on #42 and makes a few changes:

Added a write_quick() method to easyi2c so that HIH6130 doesn't need to use SMBus.
Moved these files into ethoscope.hardware.input.
Added code so that HIH6130 can figure out which I2C bus to use when instantiated with no arguments.
Converted the HIH_test.py script to use unittest, and moved it into ethoscope.tests.unittests.
Deleted the HIH6130_BKP.py file since the functionality is included elsewhere.

I haven't done anything to the Real Time Clock files yet.

I should also point out that I've been putting MIT as the licence in the source code text. By including it in the ethoscope software it effectively becomes GPL3 since GPL is viral, but it means that we could take the components we write and use them in other projects without those becoming GPL.
