Recovery won't boot without being connected to PC #2

So far, TWRP boots fine (either by keypress or by adb reboot recovery) while book is connected to pc. But without pc connection: 1) by keypress: it just skips; 2) by adb reboot recovery: it hangs on TWRP logo;
