🗿 Replace sample app codes with starter app using submodule #6

To resolve the issue https://github.com/S-HealthStack/app-sdk/issues/5

Remove sample app directory, containing duplicated codes with starter-app repository.
Add starter-app repository as a submodule and update gradle settings to reference it correctly.
Add a property to control whether app would be built with current app-sdk project or with published artifacts.
Keep samples directory, in case of adding another sample app.

Added VERSION file which designates 1.1-snapshot

Further publishing of app-sdk artifacts would refer this file as their version. It will be managed like this: 1.1-snapshot-1.1(Release and tagged)-1.2-snapshot-...
