pyrit ignores limit_ncpus #436

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Single core system running command pyrit batch
2. Connect via RPC to system running pyrit serve
3. Single core system generating PMK's choking out the remote server

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.0 Ubuntu 13.04 Server

Please provide any additional information below.

limit_ncpus = 1 does not work
limit_ncpus = 2 does not work

limiting the cpu usage to 1, lets it use that core fully .... as much as it can 
... thats just how it works ....
