Set decimal places for heatmap axis labels #200

The heatmap plotted from one of the notebooks for the paper has long tick labels, as seen in https://github.com/SABS-R3-Epidemiology/transmission-heterogeneity-results/blob/issue-1-upload-notebooks/figures/Figure_3a_inference_heatmap.pdf
Set a one decimal place limit to the tick labels.
