Proposal (for discussion)

connect RAMSES to UCLH OMOP extract
prove connection works by generating some metrics (e.g. DDD for meropenem for critical care); then work with IPC/Infection/Micro/Pharmacy to prepare a small suite of reports
- for now, main contact likely to be Peien/Pietro and Robin/Preet
