Add disclaimer on available functionality being dependent on source #36

Same as https://github.com/SAP-docs/sap-datasphere/issues/34, in this case for the S/4HANA OnPremise conenction.

The same disclaimers are available in the prerequisites topic for SAP S/4HANA connections, in the sections for Data Flows and Replication Flows, respectively: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_DATASPHERE/9f804b8efa8043539289f42f372c4862/8de01dd25c1e443e8e2de7d2fbe1364d.html?state=DRAFT&version=DEV Note that I've removed the details about minimum requirement for source versions and replaced this information by pointing to SAP Note https://me.sap.com/notes/2890171.

I'm not sure yet, if I should combine the prerequisites sections for data flows and replication flows into one for SAP S/4HANA since currently, both sections hold the same content.
