Hdbtable artifacts are not generated in mtx/sidecar when migrating to cds-7 #299

Hi Colleagues,

We did a successful migartion from mtx to mtxs with @sap/cds version 6. Now when we migrate @sap/cds and @sap/cds-dk to version 7 the hdbtable artifacts are not generated in the mtx/sidecar folder. All the generated entities hdbtables files and cds hdbtable files are missing

We followed the steps as mentioned in:- https://cap.cloud.sap/docs/guides/multitenancy/mtxs
