Implemented a functional menu, which triggers when user clicks on the Profile icon located at the top right corner of the App.

It contains the following items:

Settings with:
- RTL toggle switch;
- Compact mode toggle switch;
Help, which on-click displays:
- Dialog with dummy information about the App;
- Close button;
Sign out;
