Updated the build guide

Added instructions to use package managers to install Qt 5 & 6 on Mac, Ubuntu, and Arch and included the default install directories
Added instructions for building with Qt6
Mentioned partial rebuilds
Mentioned that the Linux build works with Ubuntu 22.04 and Arch
Made it slightly more clear
