Prototype webserver for SCIRun #501

Start of big project idea from @moritzdannhauer.

From @iauns: Try node.js. Needs a python-enabled build of SCIRun, will use an old milestone for now.

We had a meeting with Rob and Moritz. I think this project idea will be part of the grant renewal proposal, but no work is planned for a while, so details = later.

@jessdtate Needs some exec-thinking.

There is still some support for this on the exec level. ImageVis3D mobile and duality have some similarities to what we are trying to do. Some other software with the VPH project have attempted this, so we should look into them to see if what the overhead and the success of such a feature is.

This is also somewhat related to having a simplified customizable ui for a network.

The support for it has waned a bit. We can go for it or not, when we have time. It will probably need to be required from a specific project.

Might be worth thinking about this idea again now that we got the new grant and such. Also I think it would be cool.
