SDGIO contains the class planned process to increase productivity or production capacity of organizations (http://purl.unep.org/sdg/SDGIO_00020331). This class has the following definition: A planned process during which an agent causes or contributes either to increment the effectiveness or to reduce the inhibitors of some process planned by some organization.
This class does not seem to individuate a clearly graspable concept. I introduce it as an intermediate class between planned process to manage groups of agents and more specific classes concerning specific processes to manage organizations. In PR #170, @pbuttigieg asks whether we can revise this class or chain of classes to which it belongs so that the ontology contains only classes that are more crisply defined.
