This issue is for tracking discussion on these themes as they appear in the goals, targets and indicators with respect to the content of the ontology.

@phismith has several sources for ontology of real estate.

I would think we should work on policy quite soon. This is likely to be some sort of plan specification, with policy implementation as its counterpart in planned process

I think a policy is one level higher than a planned process. The policy will determine which plan specifications are allowed to be formulated. It will thereby also determine which are not allowed to be formulated (and thus also which are not allowed to be realized) BS
