对于布置题目的答疑申请，可以在 OJ 的题目当中出现，并在 oj 题目对应位置发布答疑的信息。

对于课程签到的支持。

  1. group 增加 与 user 绑定的地点标签，可以按照实验室进行分类。
  2. 助教可以选择对某个实验室手动录入考勤。
  3. 学生可以在系统内上传自己的请假条。
