Go back to Prabhas's data for Under 5 map #278

-Go back to Prabhas's data (that was correct) -Remove the LGA boundaries -Change the levels of the legend to something like <50, 51-100, 101-150, 151-200, >200

That data was extrapolated to LGA level so will now have to map it back to State level..working on it now.
