just install a fresh install of all latest version of SE + SE SE + EssentialsPlugin.
I set the time to restart at 11:25 for example, and at 11:25 the server didn't restart, but if I look at the game and use /timeleft it's said that the time remaining is 1hours.
however the backup are on time
If I put the restart at 10:25, the server restart at 11:25.
Host machine is Windows server 2012 and I'm on the UTC+1 time zone. (so now on winter time)
