Fix demos' build by adding a dumb LICENSE file. #12

The upstream's demos.cabal contains an empty license-file directive that breaks cabal install.

BTW, why demos are AllRightReserved? :-)

The LICENSE file on the top-level dir applies to all of the files. The demos.cabal file is just there to easily build the demos, it's not spanning an independent project. In any case, I have updated the LICENSE file in the demos/ directory.
