Added a simple test in c7a7d4007eb07db722f79f56e2c454813fdb2548. To run tests, run composer tests.

Will add more later.

In 033f2bd14d5f107894274a44c3335390937a706e added tests for most functions in utilities.inc. Closing for now; will open an issue about testing Guzzle client.
