Conference page

Its functioning when I run it locally and it should be responsive.

I still need to:

• [x] 1. Refactor and clean my section of the SCSS and conference.tsx
• [x] 2. Add content to the Sponsorship Requirements section but in order to do that I'll need info on what content I should add
• [x] 3. Possibly add a drop shadow to the 3 top-of-page boxes

I'll complete 1 & 3 before the end of the week. I'll complete 2 as soon as I get info on the content
