Apktool fails to reassemble twitter #778

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download apk from 
https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=A81B51F05D7E3C2F!7550&authkey=!AHwjUUTA43U
QR7o&ithint=file%2capk
2. apktool d com.twitter.android.apk
3. apktool b com.twitter.android com.twitter.android-clean.apk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
During rebuilding I get
I: Using Apktool 2.0.0-RC4
I: Checking whether sources has changed...
I: Smaling smali folder into classes.dex...
I: Checking whether resources has changed...
I: Building resources...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.0-RC4 on Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
I do not know whether apktool fails to generate valid XML files or aapt does 
reject them erroneously.

Yeah same as 779. You need a newer framework.
