Transfer Window (Display Units / Speed Calculation) #107

At the moment the transfer window displays everything in bytes. For the sake of 
readability, having TC display things in KB/MB where appropriate and 
additionally having it estimate a transfer speed (also in scaled to the 
appropriate units: Kb/Mb) and perhaps a time remaining calculation would make 
the file transfer window a lot more user friendly.
