Official User Support Email for IQManager. #54

If I understand, when the teacher click on "Send a report" button, the message should be sent at this email now ?

correct! This is the report email ID for the server : reply@reply.github.com

Add support to student web also.

Actually, we already have the support item built into the teacher app, so no need to change the teacher app. This is for the server/web apps.

Incorporate copyright footer along with some CSS to handle a footer link area.
