Given any user When the user clicks on Resources / Nash Freelancers in the nav Then the List Nash Freelancers view displays, listing Nashville Freelancers grouped by Category. Information shown includes

person's name (links to their website)
person's description
Likes button (Recommends)
a Likes Counter, showing how many Likes have been posted for this Freelancer
