Code restructure:
- Extra pytest + aromatization of tests for all python version
SpindleTorch module changes:
- Rebuild interpolation for images and mask to make it more reliable and store image feature regardless from scaling factor
- Simplified building training/testing of datasets
- Fixed image normalization for few very specific cases
- Redo mask building from coordinates
DIST module changes:
- New general dataloader
- Change how DIST distance embedding is computed for GT data.
General changes:
- Added data competition with Amira mesh output
- Added license footnote
- Small changes and bug fixes for post-processing of spatial-graphs
