Clarification on essence fragment uniqueness referenced by an index table entry #24

Currently ST377-1 does not make it very clear if an index table entry must reference a unique essence fragment or if several index table entries can point to the same essence fragment.

For instance, is it allowed for 2 index table entries to have the same StreamOffset value?
