"grand-master" should be "grandmaster" for container name #10

Per IEEE 1588, "grandmaster" is one word and not two. Therefore, the container and feature name in the YANG model should use "grandmaster" and not "grand-master".

In the version of the data model on github grandmaster is used throughout. This comment is rejected
