8.3, Paragraph 1, Sentence 3: Monoscopic vs. 2D #28

The sentence states the following: "Monoscopic picture essence tracks shall have matching frame rate and edit rate."

ST 429-2 (this document) mentions monoscopic, but not 2D.
ST 429-10 mentions 2D, but not monoscopic.

If they mean the same thing, then there should be consistency in the use of one or the other term.
