Annex A, Bullet 2, Sentence 1: Use of "may" #38

The bullet states: A single message may contain multiple content keys that refer to the same content (i.e., same CompositionPlaylistId).

Annex A is informative; therefore, it cannot contain "may".

Suggest replacing with "can".
