[joss review] Tutorial 5 #88

In Tutorial-05 the CLI command does not work: -q lattice_thermal_conductivity and --location 3 seem not to be available options.

It works for me, but I think I fixed this quite recently, so perhaps you have an older version. I'll consolidate all these fixes into one version soon, and then could you try again please?

In [Tutorial-05] the CLI command does not work: --type p seem not to be available options.When I use --type p, and draw a seebeck plot, the plot shows negative values, but should be positive.
