Situation Description

In view of the future replacement of the current FE with the Angular component, the Angular team will focus on the required changes.

We will cover both the detailed (only for facilities) and basic exports (for all).
We will also add the Export menu button above the table.
Note: Document, Outbreaks and Line listing don't have exports.

QA Section

What should the QA look for (what was done)
- Check that the texts in the pop-ups are the same as on the current Sormas implementation
What can the QA ignore (what was omitted)

Testing done : -facilities detailed export has same pop-up message with basic export -no pup-up message at population export
