map views behavior #139

Sometimes the map interface http://95.110.149.166/maps/new does not load basemap and layers when zooming or panning. This issue is not always present, but "sometimes". I tested the network connection, while the issue was present, and it was good. This is reported by different user that are testing get-it.

@simonelanucara I see a lot of network errors in the javascript console related to the bing basemap. Without that I was not able to reproduce such an error

@francbartoli @wlorenzetti after the new commit the issue is still present. To reproduce create a new map and try to zoom or pan. I haven't activated bing basemap. See attached image immagine

@simonelanucara I've now reproduced the error. It is related to the javascript client of GeoNode that is trying to get some tiles from OSM which don't exist. The issue should be addressed to the GeoNode project
