add contributing file to /doc

Hi @nult, thanks for your contribution! Unfortunately, we merged my own pull request (#1155) during the tutorial so that this one is now a duplicate. I should have picked another fix, but couldnt think of one quickly enough. Anyway if the other PR would not have been merged, this one would have been fine. I will close this for now, but feel free to open other PRs in the future.
