After copying the folder. Further design isn't saved, nor does the massflow solver work. #404

When trying the simplest possible dual diagram, this was not an issue. Therefore, the massflow solver should be able to handle disconnected diagrams.

If this is a desired feature, I can try to reproduce the issue.

I am pretty sure, that this used to work.
